Friday Oyitiola was born on December 26 1977, in the Ondo state, Nigeria.

He began his education at U N A Primary School, and Ijaw National High, School, Arogbo, Ondo state, in the early 1980s.

He studied at the University of Lagos. Studying Cell Biology and Genetics, he graduated in July, 2003 with a Bachelor of Science. A Federal government of Nigeria scholarship graduate of the university of Lagos 2003 graduating set.

He continued his studies and qualified as a chartered accountant (ACA) and an ISACA’s Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designation which is a globally recognized certification for IS audit control, assurance and security professionals in 2009. He also obtained an ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) which is for finance professionals who need to acquire more a detailed understanding of IFRS in 2014.

He also obtained an MBA in Finance and Investment from Ahmadu Bello University in 2019.

 In 2016, he founded the chartered accounting firm, Oyitiola Friday & CO (Chartered Accountants) in Lagos, Nigeria.

A financial member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigerian (ICAN), registered with the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) of Nigeria.

He is the Managing Partner of Oyitiola Friday & CO (Chartered Accountants) – a firm of Chartered Accountants. He is vast in project planning and risk assessment.
